Meals

Yesterday's dinner:
Chicken thigh + boneless lamb + 2 capsules of fish oil ( 250mg)

Today's breakfast:
Chicken thigh + breast chunk + pork liver + fish oil

Ran out of beef, and low on mutton/ lamb. But I still have some green tripe and lungs, but Teh Pao will not take those neat, so they will be turned in to treats.

Pork is once in a while meat since the human at home hardly takes any pork product.
Chicken is common at home, I'm still thinking whether to make another purchase of red meat considering the limited space I have in the freezer.

Found some stingray and sardine in freezer but Teh Pao hates raw fishes but adores them when cooked and de- boned. 

How I wish Dao Sah Pao is still with us here, she loves fishes irregardless of which type.


Today's dinner:
Boneless pork chunk

As for the humans at home, we had chinese lotus soup with groundnuts.
No meat in the soup.

Home made tofu 

to pair with Tempey ( fermented soy beans) seasoned with salt and pepper 
Toss into oven and baked for a good three minutes or until golden brown.

Ahh... what a wonderful meatless Monday.
