Green Tripe Attempt

Today's breakfast:
Meaty chicken breast chunk + chicken neck + chicken feet

That piece of chicken breast chunk was quite meaty, so I even it out by adding the neck and feet.

Teh Pao is not a big fan of chicken feet.
Sometimes she takes it without complain, but when she decided to be a jackass, she will hide the feet somewhere until it is rotten and gave out foul smell, then only we knew and have to threw it away.

It is a habit now that whenever there is a chicken feet in her meal, I'll have to watch her finish up, or at least knew where she's dumping that poor feet, so that I can get rid of it in time.

Dinner:
Frozen Green Tripe + Lamb trimmed with bones+ boneless pork chunk.

I took out some green tripe to thaw last night. Cut, packed and stored in serving sizes and I thought why not give it another try, maybe it is also a texture issues just like the lungs... and bingo! Yes, it is texture issues.

I offered Teh Pao the frozen ( and stinky) green tripe first, and she ate it without hesitation. Mutton and lamb still her favorite so let her pick out the rest of the food accordingly, as long as she finished her meals.

Yay, now lungs and green tripe done. Next will be spleen and kidney. ;)
