Stop over - a little rants - and updates

I know I been neglecting this blog. It is not that I don't want to write, but there are so many things yet so little time. Within the past 48 hours I been travelling up north and down south to at least 5 different cities for training/ conference. Manage to make a stop at home for a night ( had exam in this part of the town), spent the night and precious few hours taking Her Royal Fusiness out for car rides, short walks and a lot of snuggling and playtime.

Draught is bad, this is when most of the pollen, dust and don't-know-what-else is everywhere. As I mentioned in previous posts, Teh Pao is allergic to dust and pollen so she had been ripping out her own fur, and I too, suffer from teary eyes and runny nose as a result of these evil little things. Air quality is bad in this city, haze is back ( thanks to neighbouring country), to make things worse, a reserved forest nearby caught fire and been burning for hours before anyone came to rescue, and... water rationing is back to certain part of this city. *sigh*

This is the happy face I yearn to see everyday when I'm away from home.

Front passenger seat in my 3 decade old car is now officially hers. Guests will have to take the back seat while Her Royal Fusiness helps to navigate the route.

Teh Pao had gone back to kibble based diet during my absence, and the remaining bag of Orijen Adult purchased monthsssssss ago will be meeting their ends in coming 2 days. Since I've a couple hours this morning before leaving home (again!), I picked up the largest bag of Merrick Duck & Potatoes from Teh Pao's vet at a very good price. Wanted to get Orijen again, but the new pricing is horribly expensive, ^ Fishes series is now reaching close to RM400 for a 12KG bag ( Who will pay 400bucks for a bag of kibbles?!! I can get a hell lots of good deals of fresh raw food already), so yeah, we're downgrading, this sucks.

A neighbour who lived on the other side of this residential area lost her dog due to heat stroke. Third case in 2 weeks and I think precautions should be taken. I gave Teh Pao a throughout wash last week before leaving home, her coat is now dusty again, She's got another round of quick splash at noon time, I'm thinking about installing a small, portable air-cond or high speed fan in the porch area for her ( she stays out there when nobody's home). Paper cups filled with water been placed in freezer to make lots of ice chunk, specially for her.

I hope to end this work- trip real soon, aiming to get back before end of next week. So yeah, I'm in search of a job in this city that does not require travelling.
