Hello all, this is officer Pao on duty, and have a couple of advice suggestions for general public especially youngsters in this town.
1.
Party is fun, drinking might be cool and exciting experience which mark your adulthood, in fact you may drink, get drunk, get high, and be the annoying backseat driver, so long as you don't get to control the car, or touch the steering, or crash the car by knocking down other road users. You see, while on the way back from hill walking, Officer Pao witnessed this cab whose driver was obviously drunk knocked down a motorcyclist, not that we have a problem with car owner wrecking his own car, the fact that there are a lot more ways to crash a car, so go get a hammer, or find a sturdy tree, aim right, step hard on oil paddle and voila! enjoy crashing your own car without inflicting harm to others.
2.
Ringing doorbell is polite way of saying "hello, I'm out here, may I have a minute please". When you decide to play hide and seek by ringing doorbells repeatedly within the neighbourhood especially at odd hours, then be prepared for polite ways of "fuck you" from your "involuntary playmates".
3.
Smoking cigarette is okay, because it is your choice and the lungs damaged is yours. Smoking cigarette in a restaurant, air- conditioned cafe, office... you name it, is not okay because it is a smoke free zone, and none smokers generally do not appreciate nuisance of that sort.So be smart, when the waiter approached you politely, please excuse yourself, not making a fool out of yourself by behaving like a baboon demanding for your rights to be respected, you have no right to demand for respect, first, without respecting non smokers' right in a smoke free zone, second, violation of council by laws of strict prohibitions of smoking in public places.
