FOOD

Nothing much, just some plain yogurt, apples, pork and chicken thigh. We tried Greek Yogurt and it tasted soooooooo good, downside is it cost twice a much as ordinary plain yogurt. Got some supply from mum on the berries every now and then so I skipped on buying berries in September.

We still have more than one third of the Merrick Grain Free Pork Formula from last month's purchase, so it is just rotation between kibbles, raw and home cooked meals.

TREATS

I bought a bag of Tough Teeth Stick ( TTS). Claimed to contain avocado oil and chlorophyll aiming to clean dogs' teeth and promote healthy skin and coat Had wanted to give it a try many months ago when I first spotted in local retail store but the price versus ingredients left me hanging, since Teh Pao's vet offered me RM4 discounts for the small pack ( comes in either 4 large stick, or 8 small sticks), so I took one. Teh Pao enjoyed these sticks, but considering the lists of ingredients, I wouldn't get more unless there are really good deals on it.

VETERINARY/ MEDICAL

Bought a box of Drontal Plus ( contain 4 tablets) at price of RM26.90. That should last us until next year June.

That fugly looking stick is the TTS, I was comparing the size of a TTS stick to the Drontal box.

I've also sent Teh Pao for a follow up check on her broken tooth. Since we don't have specialist in veterinary dentistry to actually fix a chipped or broken tooth rather than the usual extraction in this country, her vet advice is to leave it and monitor because generally a chipped part will eventually fall off. Extraction of the 4th pre- molar is not advisable if the dog is not suffering from pain or risk of infection, in this case, it make sense.
