I bet Satan would have gone mad by now

I'm so angry right now, I might not be a light sleeper, but I do have issues getting a good night sleep, once awake I can't get back to bed anymore.

I've a neighbor from hell staying right opposite of my house who shouts, screams, honk his car, curse loudly and even to the extend of using a loudspeaker. This rituals always takes place in between 12am - 2am, from the initial monthly, to weekly and now daily; and been going on for almost one and a half year. Yes, a neighbor from hell! I shall see what else has the local authority missed..
